1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Palmystra application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Palmystra is an AI-powered iOS application that provides mystical guidance through palm reading analysis, tarot card interpretations, daily horoscopes, birth chart calculations, and zodiac compatibility readings. All content is generated using artificial intelligence and curated knowledge bases.
3. Entertainment Disclaimer
Palmystra is intended solely for entertainment and personal reflection purposes. The readings, interpretations, and guidance provided by the App do not constitute professional advice of any kind. Specifically:
- Readings are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or health-related professional advice. If you have health concerns, consult a qualified healthcare provider.
- Readings are not a substitute for legal advice. Consult a licensed attorney for legal matters.
- Readings are not a substitute for financial or investment advice. Consult a qualified financial advisor for financial decisions.
- AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. Do not make important life decisions based solely on readings from this App.
4. User Accounts
Palmystra uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication to create a device-level account. You are not required to provide personal credentials. If you choose to provide profile information (name, birth date, gender), you are responsible for the accuracy of that information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any access to your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
- Certain premium features require an active subscription (Weekly, Monthly, or Annual plans are available).
- All subscriptions are processed and managed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- RevenueCat is used to manage subscription status. See RevenueCat's Terms.
- Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers, networks, or infrastructure
- Upload obscene, offensive, or illegal content
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the App
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security features of the App
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the App without prior written consent
7. Intellectual Property
All content within Palmystra — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and AI-generated readings — is the property of Palmystra or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without our prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Palmystra is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
- We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any reading or content generated by the App.
- In no event shall Palmystra, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
- Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that we determine to be harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Governing Law) shall continue to apply.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
